Another Record Company Album, again with no band input, this time on castle records. At first it was apparently going to be a two-disc set, much the same as the poppies compilation put out by the same company, but soon the release date was put back and it was cut to one disc. The 'best of' title is not really an accurate one, as it doesn't contain much of a mix as such - but it does include all of the chapter 22 recordings/versions, plus the title tracks from the sony singles (plus, obscurely, 23 hour toothache). It also has some very peculiar cover art, although the rest of the booklet contains some decent information
