As far as i'm aware this was only released as a single outside the uk, possibly as a later alternative to the intact single? Judging by the fact that it uses the same b-sides and also recycles the artwork (although intact had definately been released in australia before). Or perhaps since they weren't going to release it in the uk sony just got lazy :-P The european cd also comes in two versions, normal and with the front and inside covers reversed but the same disc (see the artwork page), the latter looks to me like some sort of initial printing error. I do recall reading of it being considered as a single in the US, but it only appears to have gotten a promotional release there.
