This collection of B-sides was released in 94 as a kind of stop gap
before Brainbloodvolume was ready for release, and partly to let people
know the band were still alive. At the time a lot of the earlier singles
etc. were being deleted and the tracks were becoming very difficult
to get hold of, with some of them changing hands for fairly large
sums of money. Thus the band decided to collect them all onto one
cheaply priced cd (the idea behind the 522 being to keep the price
at £5.22.) It basically contains nearly everything that wasn't
album material to date, plus a couple of new tracks in the form of
Wirey and Perfectly Rounded. |
