There's a number of very useful and informative technical references, basic FAQ's about broadband, and dedicated forums for numerous ADSL related subjects including individual Service Providers where you'll be able to read postings from others who are in the same boat as you, or have already been there. Many Great And Wise Gurus are to be found there too, people to turn to if you have questions. This has got to be the definitive UK ADSL resource. |

If you don't already know for sure if your location has broadband available, this site will be very handy. Also included now are the major cable companies and service areas. |

of ADSL - www.world-of-adsl.com Loads of info on ADSL matters, right across beginner and experienced user levels of course. Plenty of hardware info and reviews, message boards for discussion, opinion and help with all things DSL. Note also the ISP ratings sections - always important to check with real live user opinion before you settle on a new Service Provider, but just as wise to keep an eye on opinion through time in case it's time for a change. |
