If you need some help with your ADSL installation drop us a mail
to this address and a suitably knowledgable person will help you
out. Do please be sure you've looked at the various Guides
on the site first of course. We might not be able to reply
immediately to requests for advice, although as always we'll do
our very best to be quick!

are always welcomed. Periodically the Grand Master himself
kicks back with a professional barista's creation and has a pore
over any comments dropped to this mailbox. If happy, lavish
praise! If somehow (and this does stretch belief, but it's
always theoreticaly possible...) not happy, leave a message about
why.

Why can't I just call you?
E-mails are by their nature recorded for future reference
and you can be so much more detailed than when trying to describe
things on a phone call. The query can be given appropriate and detailed
attention as opposed to on-the-spot. The same's true for your
reply - you can refer back to them later rather than risk forgetting
what's been said in the immediacy of a call, and you can re-read
specifics over again if you need to.
E -mail has proven itself during Clarity's 7+ years to be far superior
to telephone based service for good quality, detailed, re-referencable
communications, which is what's really needed. E-mail communication
is also not confined to any specific hours, nor tied to any one
office, desk or computer. And if a specific person or information
resource needs to be consulted, we can do so every time. E-mail
customer service provides all concerned with a very flexible little
service model, and it allows for details and thought which phone-calls
don't. You'll probably have noticed other larger companies
are now following suit - it's the system used by most web hosting
companies and ISP's are tending towards it. Ebuyer, Amazon, Egg,
Smile, Cahoot, all major companies who use e-mail as either the
exclusive or preferred contact medium.
